Private room in Safe Home

Hey! My name is Chelsea and I have a room becoming available June 1 in my home. The room can be furnished or not it’s your choice. Furnished would include a queen bed, dresser, box fan if wanted, and 55inch tv mounted on wall.
We are a home full of fun people but also know when we want to be introverts. I am 26 years old attending UNM to complete my PhD and I live in the master with my fiance who works on base. Our other roommates consist of a 32 years old female engineer at Intel, and a 34 year old female media coordinator specialist.
We have 3 dogs but they are very well behaved and stay out of the way: either out side or in my room. You’re welcome to ask previous roommates how their time was staying here. Just ask me for their contacts! We have an amazing view from the backyard of the Sandia mountains and we watch the hot air balloons every morning when they’re out. There is a park right out the backyard with a field and a small walking trail. We have access to free weights you can use as well as a walking pad. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We are right next to several grocery stores like smiths, Albertsons, and sprouts. Let me know any other questions you have!
