Parking included with rent. It's a 2 bedroom, corner unit, so plenty of natural light. The bathroom is a hotel setup. One full bathroom with another seperate sink and mirrored medicine cabinet. (Has worked well in the past) It's in the 4 Lakes complex in Lisle which includes free access to 3 pools, volleyball courts, boat rentals, bar, restaurant, conveniece store, fishing and skiing in winter. Gym is extra. Available July 1st. (9 month contract and one month's deposit is required) Employment Background Check needed. All utilities are included, including cable, Unit has a real fireplace and laundry. About Me: I am a very young thinking, 55+ divorced female. I'm looking for the same qualities in a roommate as I myself have (age not important): educated, clean, kind, responsible, reliable, respectful, engaging and easy going. I am not a loud person.
