Victorian townhome smack-dab between Madison and Mainstrasse in Covington, gorgeous high-walls and fully furnished interior besides the bedspace (lots of art deco/waterfall). Second floor landing also available to tenant, also fully furnished with sectional and TV set-up (and a Switch 2/Xbox One, and Switch)
Also includes a patio, wifi, laundry, and a bathroom and hlaf-bath. Two pet limit and two cats already present but can be negotiated. Would prefer someone between 21-35, but also open! Rent approx $800, not including utilities, can run closer to $900 to $1000 with extreme temps and HVAC adjustments. Quiet roommates, just some talking or movement from the other spaces. I'm a 32yo female, fairly goth/punk, into art, music, cooking, photography, fitness, concerts, and films and gaming.
