Hi, I’m Ken — I work in higher education administration and have a steady, structured lifestyle. I work from home most of the time, with occasional in-office days, so I’m mindful about maintaining a quiet, respectful environment during the day. I’m currently looking for a room or full space starting in June, ideally for the short-to-mid term (up to about a year) as I explore relocating outside of the DFW area. I’m clean, easygoing, and value a peaceful, drama-free home. I’m not a partier and don’t bring a lot of noise or traffic into the space. I’m very considerate of shared areas and appreciate open communication and mutual respect. I’m comfortable living with people from all backgrounds and lifestyles, and I value an environment where everyone feels respected and at ease. Outside of work, I’m into fitness, personal growth, and keeping a calm, balanced lifestyle.
