Looking for a female roommate!

Hi I’m looking for a roommate asap that is responsible, clean, and easygoing! I want to find an apartment or home by June. I’m in a one bedroom apartment currently in Huntington Beach showed in the pictures. I have all the furniture needed for a living room space and it’s a cute style as well. I have dining table and kitchen appliances as well. So it would easy to move in with me and cheaper to not consider those costs! I have steady income and work in Irvine as an operations manager at a financial firm Monday through Friday. Lastly I have two of the cutest small weiner dogs. They are very sweet dogs, well trained, and ESA. They will just warm your heart anyone who meets them just adores them.
