Looking for a third roommate!

Hi there! Our names are Bri and Abby and we have a 3 story townhouse in chapel hill. Our third roommate is moving out so we’re looking for a fun loving girl to fill a spot on our lease! We’re both 24 and working so ideally we’d like to find another girl around our age. The room for rent is upstairs so you’d have your own private balcony attached to the room. It also has its own bathroom sink vanity and walk in closet. The rent is $800 plus utilities. The roommate who’s moving out currently covers Duke (electricity) and renters but we can move things around. The new lease starts June 30th 2026!
