Shopping is within walking distance, freeways not too far and bike trail leads straight to the beach. Easy drive and very close to Camp Pendleton, Vista, Fallbrook, Carlsbad and freeways. I have one furnished bedroom available. Rent is month to month in order to allow freedom and flexibility for life's ever changing circumstances. Life is always changing with good times, bad times, new opportunities and so on. Having a month to month situation and freedom makes more sense. This also means if you need to leave for any reason, you do not have to give or wait for a 30 day notice. Likewise, if I need you to leave for any reason, please be drama free about it. I have a rent drop box system and rent is due on the 20th of each month which is credited for the following month. For example July's rent is due June 20th, August's rent is due July 20th and Sepetember's rent is due August 20th (essentially 10 days before the 1st). I have been doing this a while and used this to find great and quailty roommates. Rent being due on the 20th makes more sense to me... $1200 most utilities including internet. You will only be responsible to pay 1/3rd of the SDG&E bill which will be due on the 20th with rent. There is a nonrefundable deposit of $400 due to month to month and flexibility. The neighborhood is a giant circle, perfect for walks and runs, with a pool and jacuzzi in the center. There is a washer and dryer available for optional use in the unit. Shared bathroom (super clean with water efficient toilet).The room has a mini-fridge and new-style ceiling fan. Keypad entry on door lock and full access to kitchen. New carpet installed throughout t
