We recently moved to the U.S., so we don’t have a credit score or SSN yet. However, we have stable income and savings, and we are ready to provide proof of funds if needed. We can also provide references from our previous residence. We are clean, quiet, and respectful tenants, do not smoke, and have no pets. We are flexible and open to both short-term and long-term rental options, and ready to move in immediately.
