Someone who is responsible, communicative, and keeps things reasonably clean. Ideally, you’re a student or a professional, but I’m open as long as we’re a good fit. No smoking inside / pets are okay if they get along with cats or will be kept in your room, schedule can be made so they can also move around the house without the cats. Please let me know if you plan to have someone over. You will need a bed, but a study desk can be provided for your room.
