Hello! We are looking to rent out a small bedroom in an updated row home that will be available starting in May. The room faces the back of the house and is very quite. There is a big window and the room gets morning light. The room is 7ft 7 inches long and 7 ft 6 inches wide but has two 16 inch recesses along most of the left wall adding depth. It’s a large row home with one full bathroom and one half bath. The kitchen was updated and there is central heating and air conditioning. There is laundry in the basement. There are two roommates (LGBTQ inclusive). Gas, water, and electric are not included, and are split between roommates. It can be less, but generally averages out to around $120 a month total. Internet and an alarm system are included. There is street parking, which usually isn’t too bad. There is also a little back patio. Please message me to learn more!
