Looking for a third roommate

Me and my cousin just signed a 12th month at the flats for the 2026 2027 school year. Our third had to back out because he will be student teaching next year and we are looking for a third roommate. We both love to work out and going out or staying in are both good to us we like to cook and look after our bodies but also having a good time is key too. Me personally I like to work out I love to skate. I love clothes and fashion. Playing video games whenever I can. We would prefer to keep a real clean apartment and of course we’re looking for someone who we could become very close with. If you would just stay in your room and not interact with us then I don’t think we would be a good match we are looking for like a third best friend.
