Want room for 2026-27 school year

I am a second-year undergraduate student at UMich Ann Arbor, and I’m looking for a room for the upcoming 2026-27 academic school year closer to campus or having bus facilities nearby to get to campus. I am cooperative, an absolute teetotaler, and mostly accommodating. I strictly wouldn’t want smoking and drinking in my room please, and if guests need to be called from either side, I would like good communication between us (roommates).
