Small rooms available in a single-family home. Conveniently located by most needs. Room One: Thirteen-hundred
Room Two: Fourteen-hundred
Two Room Package: Twenty--hundred. Utilities: Included in the rent price. Amenities: Refrigerator, dishwasher, gas oven/stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, central AC system, washer + dryer. Other: WiFi currently provided on my behalf (you can use it or get your own), designated parking lane in the driveway that fits 2 vehicles, and a small section in the garage to store any bulk belongings. Things to Know: Tenants share a bathroom (unless you package both rooms), there are outdoor security cameras and one watching the main entry for security purposes, the backyard is not mentioned because it belongs to my dog who stays outside. However, if you’d like to have a little something out back I can bring them in. I do month-to-month leases, but I am open to longer tenancies. Disclaimer: The non-package listings will not be available to couples, those with children, or those with pets. The room is for one person and one person only. Rent is due at the beginning of the month vice the end. Personal Note: I am the homeowner of this property and I care a lot about the cleanliness and positive energy in the house, to a reasonable amount. I’m all about principles and respect. I’m trying to build a fun and comfortable environment here. If you like to stay to yourself that’s fine too. Although, we’d be landlord and tenant, or roommates. I’d like for us to feel as if we’re all friends instead. All that aside, if you’re interested, I can send you what my lease agreement looks like.
