Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a room to rent with a private bedroom and preferably a private bathroom. Here’s a little about me and what I’m looking for: About Me:
* 36 years old
* Full-time professional (9–5, Monday–Friday) working in commercial sales and to contracts
* I also run a small cleaning business on the side
* Typically out of the house 10–12 hours a day
* Quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to get along with
* No kids, no pets, non-smoker
* Very routine lifestyle: work, home, rest, repeat
Schedule:
* Up around 5:30–6:30 AM, out by 7:30–7:45 AM
* Home after 7 PM on weekdays
* Weekends are low-key and relaxed
What I’m Looking For:
* Budget: $700–$1,000/month (preferably no hidden fees)
* Location: Within 20–25 miles of Bullsboro Rd (Newnan area)
* Preferred areas: Peachtree City, Union City, Fayetteville, Newnan
* Furnished room preferred (but not required)
* Access to washer/dryer and kitchen
* Private bathroom preferred
Additional Preferences:
* A lock or keypad entry for my room (or permission to install one)
* Clean, peaceful, and respectful household
* Comfortable living environment with like-minded housemates
Other Notes:
* Clean background (willing to complete a background check if needed)
* Looking for a place where I can focus on work and my business in a calm, organized space
