We are looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate to join our home! We are a gay couple looking for a gay-friendly individual to share our beautiful, newly built two-story house.
The Space:
• Private Bedroom: Located in a brand-new house. It comes fully furnished with a Queen-sized bed and nightstands.
• Private Bathroom & Closet: You’ll have your own bathroom and plenty of storage space.
• Common Areas: The entire house is fully furnished with modern decor. You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, and laundry.
Location:
• Located in the Jackson Heights area.
• Prime location: Just a few blocks from Hillsborough Ave.
• Convenient: Only a 10-minute drive to Ybor City and close to everything Tampa has to offer.
Details & Rent:
• Rent includes ALL utilities (Electricity, water, high-speed internet, etc.).
• No Pets allowed (Sorry!).
