Seeking room in North Clintonville

Seeking room in the North Clintonville/ Worthington area. Preferably at a place where I can bring my pellet grill and kayaks along. I'd hate to get rid of them. You'll be welcome to use them. Prefer with someone with a reliable job, doesn't smoke cigs, unless outside. Can be 420, but I don't really partake often. Can be male, female, or couple/ mixed household. I'm blind, and will be getting a guide dog within 2 years. So hopefully you're cool with a dog in the house when that time comes. Also, with being blind I prefer little clutter, i.e. clean counter tops free of random junk, or random household objects taking up space. Feel free to ask any questions if you think we could b a match.
