would need to complete an application, provide proof of income, pay a $75 app fee (I will pay the application fee for you) Why I am leaving: have had a lifestyle change and need to relocate but cannot break the lease, love the complex and the community I just have to relocate What I am willing to offer: Move-in Date: May 1st - [ ] I will pay the application fee
