Roomie wanted in Annapolis

I am leasing an awesome 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in Annapolis with a lovely roommate. Our lease is up at the end of June and I’d love to stay, but my current roommate needs to move closer to her office and will not be able to renew. I’m looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom and renew the lease with me! There is only one bathroom on the top floor with the bedrooms, but it is very large with a double vanity. There is also an option for you to have the basement and basement bathroom all to yourself as sort of a studio apartment (though you would still have welcomed access to the kitchen and living room). I have a cat who is very friendly with other animals and we are open to our new roommate having a pet.
