We are two quiet professionals (Latvia/France, 30s-40s) looking for a third housemate. Basic small double room (bring your own bedding). 2 Bathrooms, 2 Toilets, 2 Fridges. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cooker, steamer, blender, grinder, washing machine, and enough cutlery/pots that you only need to bring the talent (just don't melt my spatulas). Secular & Social: We cook all kinds of meats, enjoy wine, and cheese. Smoker-friendly & Pets considered. We’re [REDACTED] at home, as long as everyone’s peace and sleep are respected. Between 11 PM and 9 AM, we keep the volume at a minimum in the bedroom areas. We are a house of working professionals and we value our rest—especially as one of us is up at 5:00 AM for work.
