2bed/2 bath Lake House-$900

I am a 70-year-old male, living in a 2 bed/2 bath house in College Park. It is very private and very quiet. It is a super sweet little place on a large lake, with a large yard. The common areas are furnished. You would need to have your own bedroom furniture. You have your own bath with a walk-in shower. There are no stairs outside or inside. I work full time, with Sun and Wed off and also attend church on these days. Keeping the place clean is important to me. My current roommate for the last 2 years is 45 yrs old and got married last month, so the room will be available 5/1. The landlord will require that you fill out an application and will also require a background check ($65). Rent is $900, and utilities would be $100 or less.
