Hi! My name is Kellie. Saw your post. I’m looking for a room to rent in the Orange, Fullerton, Santa Ana, Anaheim, or Irvine area. I work full-time in Irvine and split my schedule between the office and working from home. I have one 8 year old cat who is very well behaved. She’s litter-box trained and doesn’t scratch furniture or cause damage. Currently she just stays to my room and I am okay with that going forward at the new place. Ideally I’d like a private bathroom, and a private entrance would be a big plus. I’m 46, pretty low-key, and looking for a calm living environment. I don’t smoke and only drink socially. It would be great if utilities were included but not necessary. I’ll also need reliable high-speed internet for the days I work from home. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
