Use of the kitchen and all main rooms
• Lots of space in a beautiful, quiet area 💰 Rent:
• $1,000/month – paid directly to the landlord via Zelle or Venmo
• Utilities & internet are split equally – approx. $150/month, depending on the season
• Utility total will be texted monthly and due to the landlord by the 22nd via Zelle or Venmo Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, pays rent & bills on time, and is okay with a cat in the home.
