Really stay to myself, very rarely have company. So I’d prefer no parties or occasional guests. I’m a working professional who keeps a quiet and clean home. Nice neighborhood, typically quiet building. Convenient area near many shops, restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation. Shared washers and dryers on . Parking spaces available. 6th floor
Decent, medium sized room with a closet and shelf for storage.
Air conditioning inside room.
Shared areas would be the shower, kitchen, dining room and living room. There’s a projector in the room with a Roku box already set up. If you’d like it to be removed, that’s possible. The room is not furnished as picture is shown.
