Two roommates live upstairs (completely separate unit) with their dog. Everyone is respectful and easygoing – peaceful, low-key vibe. Rent:
$850/month + utilities ($100-150/month per person)

Clean and considerate
Has bedroom furniture (apartment is mostly furnished)
Comfortable with dogs (upstairs neighbors have one; yours welcome too if they are friendly, with pet deposit!)
