Plenty of natural light and storage. There's parking available at a designated lot one block from the house (included with rent), or are free to use street parking (although street parking can be limited in this neighborhood). Must be OK with dogs and cats. No smoking inside. Room in the photo includes private bathroom and step-in closet, as well as an additional walk-in closet right outside of the room. All Utilities included - gas, electricity, water and internet! You'd be living with 4 working professionals, 3 female and one male.
