Hi, I’m 49 and work full-time in a call center in Brooklyn, Monday–Friday, daytime hours. I’m looking for a clean, quiet room in Queens or nearby Brooklyn.
Budget: around $1,000–$1,150/month.
Move-in: late March / early April, flexible. About me:
– Non-smoker, no drugs
– No pets
– No overnight guests – Very clean and respectful, keep common areas tidy, don’t cook – I work a lot during the week and mostly use my room to rest and relax What I’m hoping for:
– Safe, calm home with respectful female housemate(s)
– Reliable heat, hot water and Wi-Fi
– Shared bathroom is fine as long as it’s kept clean
