Looking for 1 Male Roommate – Fall Semester (Aug–Dec) | Alight West, Blacksburg Looking for one roommate to fill the fourth room in our apartment for Fall semester only (August–December). Location: Alight West — 516 Sunridge Dr Apt 301 • ~7 minute drive to Virginia Tech campus • 5 minute walk to the bus stop Rent: • About $820/month • Utilities (gas + electric) usually add **$25/month**, sometimes a bit more depending on the month Room: • Private bedroom (the one shown in the photo) • Shared bathroom with one other roommate (Sami) • Bedroom is fully furnished, but you’re welcome to keep the furniture/decor or bring your own Apartment Features: • Fully furnished apartment • In-unit washer & dryer • Screened balcony with storage closet • Parking included (1 guest pass available) Roommate Situation: Liam and Aarav will be staying. Gavin and I are leaving after the summer. Sami (a good friend of ours, very chill guy) will be taking my room, and we are looking for a 4th roommate for the fall. Lifestyle: We split cleaning responsibilities and usually do a deeper clean on Sundays after weekends. We are social and like to go out most weekends and occasionally host parties. Everyone takes school seriously and keeps good grades, but the general vibe is work hard / play hard. If you prefer staying in most nights or a very quiet environment, this probably isn’t the best fit.
