• First month rent + security deposit of same amount required upon move-in; to be refunded in full upon end of lease if no loss, damage or failure to pay rent. Deposit may be used to hold until room is available (or up to 2 weeks if currently available until you are ready to move in)
• All prospective applicants with mutual interest upon interview must pay for and pass a standard background and credit check
• Shorter leases available: 3-months add 10%; month-to-month add 20%
