All new linens/towels provided. Free internet, study desk, large closet, tub/shower combo/ double sinks, extra refrigerator, tons of storage, designated street parking, internet/streaming services in a non-smoking home. Home shared with fun [REDACTED] Share bathroom w/other female renter (double sinks). Full access to 500 sq. ft. kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances, full-sized laundry. No smoking/vaping or drugs, no parties, pets or no sleepovers allowed! Contact me if you’d like more information. First months rent and last months rent +plus $500 damage deposit due upon move in. Virtual tour are available of the house but to respect the privacy of our current renter, we will not show tours of the room until current renter moves out. Background check will be required for this rental. Proof of health insurance requested. My husband and I are itinerate professors traveling frequently throughout the world. We have been married 20+ years and enjoy entertaining friends. We have welcomed many renters and all have become “daughters” over the years. The longest duration was 7 years and the shortest was 2 years. We are teachers for the University of the Nations and have used this room to help young women starting out “adulting” get experienced living away from home, sometimes for the first time.
