Primary Suite for Rent Shared Home

Please introduce yourself and have a photo. No photo, no intro, no reply. You’ll be renting the primary suite in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. It’s a corner lot across the street from an elementary school, park and Open Space trail. I have two gazebos in the backyard, perfect for hanging out outdoors, even if it rains. The English Garden is the talk of this friendly neighborhood. The garage is not available, but there is plenty of on-street parking. am a 54-yo graphic designer. I work from home two days a week (and downtown the other three). I have a cat. I’m very social. I play in a couple pool leagues, hang with friends, etc. I’m out of the house a lot, and occasionally have neighbors over here for drinks and games. We don’t need to be best friends, but I do prefer a roommate who likes to chat now and then, and who will pitch in to mow the lawn and shovel snow.
