Hi! I’m a 24 year old student. I have a room available in collegient acres (Hagerstown) for rent ~$620 + wifi/utilities a month starting May 2026. Must be a female, will have two female roommates- quiet students @ usmh. Preference given to other students. Own bedroom. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living space. Can come with furniture upon evaluation. Prefer a student or young adult under 30! Pictures sent via DM so PM me! can also do in person tours. Must be willing to keep clean living space
