Easygoing House w/Private Room

I’m looking to rent out a downstairs bedroom in my 4-bed 2-bath house. I have a roommate [REDACTED] in the 2nd downstairs bedroom. The 4th bedroom is a recording space, and if you’re a musician you’d be welcome to use it! We currently have a 22lb super sweet lab-mix dog, and a small social gray tabby cat. My roommate and I are both friendly and social - but if you’re more introverted and prefer to keep to yourself, we can respect it! No more pets allowed. Deposit will be same as first month’s rent and will be returned as long as there’s no dirtiness or damages to the room. Address is in Old Hickory, TN! Must be LGBTQ friendly.
