Master suite with attached bathroom

i am an artist & tattoo artist and i am renting a master/walk in closet/bathroom attached bedroom! super nice window light & upstairs bedroom in three level,
sf ft townhome!

dogs/cats in home. i am sober so would like someone who is sober but if you like the green that’s totally okay:) super mellow and kind of a homebody while not working. i have a year old daughter who lives in basement, shes also super mellow. ideally we’d love someone to hang with anytime & we’d love to cook for you & make you feel at home here!

requirements: SOBER (other than MJ), FEMALE, and if you are LGBTQIA+ that’s even better as we are an lgbtqia+ house! you cant have people in and out at all hours so please know this and respect it because in and out at all hours wont be tolerated unless it’s for a concert work school etc!! FEMALE ONLY! :) can work with crap credit! will have to sign month to month OR longer lease :) my mom owns the property so it’s super easy!
