This arrangement ($850) will INCLUDE private fully furnished room, utilities of water, gas, electric, Wi-Fi, insurance, and multiple streaming apps. There is a bonus chill out room just FOR YOU (mini living room) next to the available room at no additional charge which has a large television and an extra closet in addition to the closet in the bedroom. You will have your own private hallway bathroom as well as access to the kitchen and appliances. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The townhome is located in a gated community with 24 hour camera security; has a keypad lock and ring doorbell camera. Located 12-15 minutes away from Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. In the area, you will find Publix, Kroger, Walmart, Home Depot, Anytime Fitness, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and more. The townhome is also a three level home and coed with me and my housemate (housemate on 1st floor). We are both in the aviation industry and very easy to get along with people.
