Rent is $ per person with all utilities included (except electric). The location is super walkable with grocery stores, bars, concert halls, restaurants, thrift shops and parks only min away. You’ll be sharing the space with myself and my two friendly cats (Paul + Blanco).
Non furnished upstairs Master Bedroom available. Washer/dryer in unit. Fully furnished common areas with 2 main living spaces: dining room, main living room, basement living room, guest/office room.
