We are looking for 2 roomies to occupy the entire top floor.

Less than half a mile to Orange, Blue and Silver Metro Train Stations. One block to Safeway grocery store, CVS pharmacy, Libary, Uber branch office. A few blocks away from USPS, Chase and Citi Banks branches and some local restaurants. Metro Train stations have direct and connecting stops to Downtown DC, Smithsonian, Stadium Armory, Dupont, DCA Airport, IAD Airport, Waterfront etc.

1 bedroom ( queen bed & walkin closet )
Shared ensuite bathroom ( with 2 separate sinks )

Twin Bedroom : $ ( ALL utilities included )
Located on the Top Floor
1 bedroom ( twin bed & external storage room/closet )
Shared ensuite bathroom ( with 2 separate sinks )
