Room for rent/looking for roommate

Looking for a clean, responsible roommate to share my home. I am flexible and have multiple Options:

1. A smaller bedroom on the main floor OR
2. Large basement bedroom with private living area
3. Can be furnished/unfurnished

About the home:
• 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large finished basement, spread out sq ft, easy highway access to 6th Ave and i
• Shared dining room, kitchen, living room, and laundry. The bathroom would be shared with 1 very clean and respectful male that is a friend of
mine, however he is very rarely here as he travels and also stays at his partner’s ninety percent of the time
• my black lab lives here full time, and my current roommates Australian shepherd may pop in every once in awhile.
• Fenced backyard/street parking

About you:
• Respectful, tidy, and reliable with rent
• No smoking inside
• friendly dogs welcome, no cats please
• working professional that is quiet in the evenings/nighttime

Rent & details:
• flexible lease terms and rent dependent on lease terms-all utilities included
• Background/credit check may be required

hybrid working professional. I love the outdoors and living an active lifestyle. I value a calm, clean, comfortable home environment and good communication. I would love to be friends/acquaintances with whoever moves in and maintain a very respectful space.
