It’s a very comfortable two‑storey chalet located in Miralrío at meters above sea level, with mountain views and hiking routes right outside the door. The house is heated in winter, and it’s only km) from the city of Guadalajara. I live in a very large and special house here in the village, and I’d like to share the space with someone who appreciates the peace and quiet of the mountains.

About the arrangement:
I’m not looking to rent the room for profit. I’m looking for someone to live with and who can simply contribute their proportional share of the household expenses (heating, electricity, water, and internet). The room itself has no monthly rental fee.

About visitors:
Since it’s a big house, I have no problem with you having friends or occasional visitors, as long as it’s done with respect and good communication. I’m looking for someone who feels the house is their home, not a hotel.
