• 🏠 Shared living area and fully equipped kitchen

• 🧺 Laundry room conveniently located right next door, but very quiet with no noise issues!!

• 📅 Term: May–August

• 💰 Rent: $ per month

• 💡 All utilities included: electricity, hot water, and internet

• 🌿 Clean, quiet, and well-maintained unit

• 🏋️ Access to study lounges, fitness centre and other campus facilities

The unit is very convenient for campus access and is located in a comfortable environment!
