Furnished Spare Bedroom for Rent

Hi there! My name is Meg and I'm looking for a roommate to move into my spare bedroom - furnished - in April! Rent is about ~$ (depending on lease resign in March) plus utilities and the entire apartment is about sqf. Trash/recycling, water, and sewer all included. I also have a service dog that is hypoallergenic but liking dogs is a must!
Apartment has ample storage space, a dishwasher, bathtub, and on- laundry and 3 blocks to Lake/Lyndale shopping area. Bus stop right outside the unit! I'm a pretty chill person and mostly work from my desk in my bedroom but also sometimes out in the dining room where there is a "craft nook" with all of my art supplies, but has room for you to store your own things there as well! I love to cook and keep my apartment neat and tidy. I also enjoy cooking and would be open to sharing meals if we split groceries! Please reach out at if you're interested.
