The home is exceptionally located with easy access to major commuter routes such as Route 7 and Algonkian Parkway, and is conveniently close to Herndon and Reston Metro stations, Reston Town Center, downtown Herndon’s restaurants, and multiple shopping centers.
The bathroom will be shared with another female occupant, and the kitchen is shared.

We are looking for a responsible, clean, and respectful female roommate.
The house includes a pool, which is currently not in use.
