Come home to share, with a professional couple (myself and my Fiancé), this spacious, stunning, tastefully- decorated vibrant and artistic home!

We're right off the , a couple moments from fabulous restaurants, Playa and Venice beach, Marina del Rey, downtown Culver City, Ballona Creek bike path, and office off Jefferson!

We're a professional, easy-going, creative, artistic couple! We're both extroverts, who also cherish our down time... just as we would respect yours!

Your personal space includes a Master bedroom size bedroom with a large walk-in closet, and bathroom are your personal entertainment space, the den (as shown in pictures, tan and black carpet). Pictures aren't included, but we have our own top (3rd) floor that includes 4 bedrooms (some used as offices/ paint rooms).

While we of course share the kitchen, and backyard...you'll find there's loads of sq. ft for you.

Occasional small gatherings are welcome, so long as we respect each others schedules.

Current room pics have some of our housemates art. Otherwise, desk, bedroom set, chaise etc., is included.

We travel often...so you get to enjoy the home by yourself for weeks at end sometime!
