Need Large Unfirnished Room w/ PB

Mature woman retired from corporate world but am a busy smalll dog pet sitter taking care of dogs in their own home So I am gone frequently for days to weeks.
I am friendly, clean and I mean clean! I am considerate and do not party or have anyone stay over or even come over. I would prefer to have AC, a private bath, shared outdoor space and parking.
I love to cook so use of the kitchen is important to me. I am also known to share what I cook from time to time.
I do have my own frig so if you have a place to put it I can keep most of my groceries in my frig.
