Room for rent in Oceano!

Hi everyone my name is Lauren and looking for a roommate. My current roommate will be moving out mid April, So May would be ideal move in month. I am just trying to plan ahead as much as I can.
Unfortunately no pets. Prefer female roommate. You will have the master bedroom, with own master bath, balcony, walk in closet, WiFi included, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, all the things! I even have a back patio I never use that would be nice for a little bbq or hammock! A little about myself, I am a very busy girl, I am a college student at Cuesta, and a server, I stay to myself usually and looking for a quiet peaceful home environment :) please message me if your interested, and we can meet up for a tour and meet each other.
