I am renting out one large bedroom with private bathroom in my home within Mountain's Edge Master Plan community (Southwest). Great area with Exploration Park only 2 minutes from the house. Share in common areas of loft, kitchen, dining room, and backyard. This is a calm, quiet, and peaceful home, not a party home. Non-smoking home. I live on the bottom floor with my small, senior dog who is super friendly and chill. One female roommate lives upstairs with her well-behaved dog. Available room is on the other side of the house, upstairs and is quiet and private. Utilities included in price (gas, electric, garbage, internet). Room available February .
