Beautiful bed 2 bath Split level raised ranch beach house located by the water near Ocean Drive in West Haven. The house has a beautiful gated yard with deck at the end of a cul-de-sac. Private drive way with plenty of space to park. 3 minute walk to south St Beach and a 5 minute walk to prospect beach, m from downtown New Haven and Yale and a 5m drive to . The house has gone through some major renovations as well as a new washer and dryer. House has central heating and AC, large kitchen with a furnished living room.
