Looking for a Bedroom Home/Townhouse (or Apartment if Needed) to rent— Up to $
Hi everyone! 😊

We’re ( me, my partner, two kids and baby on the way in March ) searching for a bedroom home or townhouse (and open to an apartment if necessary) with the following:

💰 Budget:

• Up to $/month (nothing over)

🏡 Must-Have Amenities:

• Washer & Dryer in unit

• Garage

✨ Nice-to-Have (but can live without):

• Tile or wood floors ( dislike carpet having kids and a pup)

🐶 Pets:

• Pet-friendly — I have a -lb pup (shmedium) who’s turning 1 in March

📍 Location Preference:

We’d love something near or within the Arlington Elementary School district, since we do not want to switch my son’s school.
