subletting my studio apt for months starting March 1st.

The apt is in a very sought after building in one of Vancouvers most vibrant areas. Located in Fairview, one block from a major transit road, a few blocks from the skytrain and 6min drive from downtown Vancouver. Still the area is so peaceful and quiet, but very close to very lively areas of Vancouver.
Walking distance from Granville Island as well!

The apt will be fully furnished with everything you need. Best for someone who wants to come live in Vancouver and see how they like it before committing to a year lease somewhere!

The building has a laundry that you can use tap to pay.
Internet is $ a month and utilities, gas and hydro come out to around $ per month-ish.
