Posting for my mom: Furnished room for rent, looking for a roommate for condo in Crestview Hills, Ky in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Roommate would have a private bedroom with a walk in closet and their own bathroom with tub/shower, as well as access to the shared living room, shared kitchen, and washer & dryer in the unit. Free parking in lot, fitness room & condo complex pool. One small dog in the condo currently who is potty trained, friendly, and well behaved. Her dog is best with kids who are twelve years old or older. No smoking. May
require references. Condo is near Crestview hills shopping center, Thomas More college, & the Hospital. My mom is kind & respectful, and she is looking for a roommate who will treat her the same way. Thank you
