Just need to bring a mini fridge or whatever size ref you need. Rent includes use of all communal spaces, kitchen, washer and dryer, driveway parking, utilities, and fiber high-speed wifi. Quiet house in quiet neighborhood. Very close to publix, walmart, and other shopping and restaurants. No kids or pets in house, just my wife and I looking to rent a room out since the kids all left the nest. Short term or long term lease available. Available immediately.
